Innvectra Digital LLC ("Innvectra Digital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.innvectradigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly to us:

  • Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send us.
  • Careers application form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the role you're applying for, your resume/CV file, and any message you include.

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We use two small pieces of browser storage purely for functionality, not tracking:

  • A cookie that remembers early access to the site before public launch. It contains no personal information and expires automatically.
  • A local storage value that remembers your light/dark theme preference. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • Evaluate job applications and communicate with applicants.
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of our site.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are delivered by email through our email service provider (Zoho Mail) to our internal team. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your application, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@innvectradigital.com.

Children's privacy

Our site is directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
